All students at the W.O. Smith Music School must qualify for the reduced lunch program as defined by Metro Schools. If you are unsure if your family qualifies, please call the school prior to registration (255-8355).

A parent or guardian must register students. On-line registration is subject to all of the rules, regulations, and conditions set forth by the W.O. Smith Music School. Parents/guardians submitting forms in this manner will be required to sign a "Registration Agreement" form, confirming their knowledge of these conditions, at a later date. Copies of the rules, regulations, and other conditions are available at the school and on this website.

Registration is not a guarantee of student placement.

Students enrolled at the W.O. Smith Music School should not be currently taking lessons at any other music school. Participation in other non-metro school programs should be discussed with the staff prior to registration.

Outstanding balances from prior semesters need to be paid in full before registration will be accepted, unless arrangements are made with the Executive Director.

Extraordinary scheduling demands will be considered, but lesson placement is not guaranteed. Families with more than one child should expect to attend the W.O. Smith Music School at least two days per week.

In order to provide instruction to the maximum number of children, students may only take lessons on 1 (one) instrument, unless through special arrangement with the Executive Director.

All registration is on first come, first served basis.
