W.O. Smith COMMUNITY Orchestra (WosCo)

The W.O. Smith Community Orchestra (WOSCO) presents quality educational concerts for students, families, and the general public. The orchestra serves as a house ensemble for W.O. Smith volunteer teaching artists, advanced W.O. Smith students, alumni, and community members. As a performing ensemble, WOSCO is committed to presenting concerts that engage audiences in repertoire ranging from orchestral standards to newly commissioned works. WOSCO offers an opportunity for musicians of all skill levels to contribute their talents to the group and to continue learning their craft.

WOSCO rehearses every Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00pm at W.O. Smith and performs at least once a semester.  Chamber music opportunities are also available through the ensemble.

Please contact our Personnel Manager with any questions.
