Progress Assessments, Semester Assessments, and Student Self Assessments
Teachers, fill out the Progress Assessment Form for every student you listen to (including your own students).
***NOTE***If you only need to fill out the Semester portion of the Assessment(EX: student played on a recital or was exempt), write recital or excempt in the required fields, select “YES” to the question “is this is your student?” and continue on to the semester specific section of the Assessment Form.
